We're almost at that last curve where that light at the end of the tunnel will be visible. Oh, dear, that's mixing metaphors. We've been using a fancy steak dinner as the general analogy, so let's say we're down to cutting the last tasty bites of meat off the bone. All that's left are the juicy, tender bits with all the flavor. In this article and the next we'll get that finished off. Then, there will be one big summary for dessert.
