Juulie: So, Ray, what do you think of the new rule changes?

Ray: What changes, lol? They seem pretty insignificant.

Juulie: That's what I thought, too.

Quickly reviewing

Ray: But I suspect that the change in definition of a dribble (or whatever that was) will have some consequences.

Juulie: Right, and the part about legally touching the ball inbounds on a throw-in.

Ray: And it'll be nice to finally have the home team in white.

Juulie: Agreed! Always, instead of usually.

Ray: If it wasn’t for the rule about removing jerseys in the visual confines of the playing area.

Juulie: That rule just says "removing"; it doesn’t say they can’t walk into the gym in skins!

Ray: So remind me of the other changes? 20 seconds to replace a dq?

Juulie: ...and warning horn at 15 for all time out intervals.

Ray: That’s good. It makes the timer’s job a lot easier.

Juulie: Then there’s the signal for Not Closely Guarded.
