Delaying the return

Ray: All right, I'm ready to tackle the "legally out of bounds" thing now.

Juulie: I'm looking for the exact wording on the clarification, the part about getting a T for not coming back inbounds soon enough. Hey, I found it. It's a technical foul when a player "purposely and/or deceitfully delays his/her return to the court after legally being out of bounds."
